Frequently Asked Questions

It happens, and it’s completely okay. Our job is to find art that genuinely feels right for you — not to talk you into something. If after working together we haven’t found the right fit, we’ll be honest with you and point you toward other professionals, like home stylists, who might be a better match for what you’re looking for. We’d rather you end up with a home you love than a piece you settled for.

Most clients are looking at art on their walls within a few weeks. Occasionally the right piece takes longer — if we’ve found an artist you love and we’re waiting for the perfect work to become available, we’ll always tell you upfront and let you decide if it’s worth the wait. We never rush a decision just to close a project.

We require a minimum art budget of $2,500 across all packages. Honestly, it’s hard to find quality original work below that threshold — and we’d rather be upfront about that than send you in a direction that leads to disappointment. Within that budget and beyond, there’s a genuinely exciting range of work available to you. Our advisory fee covers the curation, mock-ups, and coordination, and we do earn a small commission on purchases. We’re upfront about that because we think you should know — it also means we’re motivated to find you something you’ll love enough to actually buy. We work across the full market and will always recommend what’s right for your space, your taste, and your budget first.

Once we’ve received your questionnaire we’ll start sending you art directly to your phone — no apps, no logins, nothing to figure out. You react however you want: thumbs up if you like it, thumbs down if it’s not for you, heart if you love it. That’s it. The more you react, the better we get at understanding your eye. Most clients tell us it’s the most fun they’ve ever had shopping for anything.
